“Healing begins when a person truly feels understood.”
I primarily focus my work on individual sessions with adults. I value creating a safe and understanding space where emotions, thoughts, and life experiences can be explored together.
Every person carries a voice within that longs to be heard—therapy is sometimes a quiet companionship in listening to that voice together.
My aim is to continuously develop my psychological knowledge and experience in order to support individuals in strengthening their emotional resilience and building a more balanced and healthy life.
“Areas I support include: stress and chronic tension, anxiety disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), depression and feelings of emotional emptiness, panic attacks, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), family communication difficulties, low self-esteem and self-worth, perfectionism and high expectations, emotional regulation and anger management, social anxiety and communication challenges, adjustment to life transitions (such as divorce, loss, migration), and setting personal boundaries and self-expression skills.
