About

Every person carries a story within; sometimes it seeks to be understood, sometimes simply to be heard. My journey began with the intention of creating space for these stories and accompanying them.

Clinical Psychologist

Provides psychological support for adults. Works with a range of concerns including trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, grief, anger and stress management, eating disorders, addictions, and sexual dysfunctions.

Following my undergraduate studies in Psychology, I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in Warsaw. During this time, I had the opportunity to engage with diverse cultures and approaches, which deepened and enriched my perspective on the therapeutic process.

I have received training in Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, EMDR, Logotherapy, Sex Therapy, Couples Therapy, and Jungian Therapy.

In my work with each client, I integrate these approaches in a flexible and sensitive way, tailored to their individual needs. My practice primarily focuses on trauma, panic disorder, depression, anxiety disorders, grief, phobias, eating disorders, stress and anger management, obsessions, migraines and other psychosomatic symptoms, addictions, processes following sexual and physical abuse, sexual dysfunctions, and personality structures.

Therapy offers a safe space where mental, emotional, and bodily burdens can become more manageable. In this process, I value accompanying each person without judgment, without rushing, and with respect for their own pace. Every individual carries a unique story, a voice of their own, and a meaning within their pain. At times, therapy becomes a quiet companionship—listening to that voice together and gently holding that meaning together.
