About

My journey into psychology began with a desire to understand one’s own story and to explore the challenges of being an individual within society.
In my work, I primarily adopt the EMDR approach, while integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) within a holistic framework. In my sessions, conducted under professional supervision, I mainly focus on trauma, migration and adaptation processes, self-compassion, anxiety disorders, and somatic symptoms.
Eylül Ece Ceylan
Clinical Psychologist
Provides psychological support for adults. Works with a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and stress.
My academic journey in Warsaw allowed me to engage with diverse cultural contexts. My work on emotional processing, self-esteem, and ways of self-expression has broadened my perspective, enabling me to better understand each client’s unique rhythm, their connection with the world, and their inner resources. I aim to integrate this knowledge into my clinical practice in a flexible way, tailored to the individual needs of each person.
In my sessions, I prioritize your individual needs, focusing not only on symptoms but on the full scope of your lived experiences. I aim to support your journey of self-discovery and to help create a space where you can relate to yourself with greater compassion.
If you are ready to look at your story not from the outside, but from within—and to build a connection where you truly feel understood—I am here to accompany you on that journey.
