About

I graduated from the Department of Psychological Counseling and Guidance in 2015. For many years, I worked with children and adolescents in school settings. During this time, I also conducted online sessions with adults.
Dilan Bürüce
Clinical Psychologist
Provides psychological support for adolescents and adults. Works with a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
I later moved to Poland and pursued a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw. I currently work with adolescents and adults in individual sessions, placing great importance on respecting each client’s unique journey.
Areas I support include:
Depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anger and stress management, procrastination, low self-esteem, exam anxiety, communication difficulties, relationship issues, phobias, social anxiety, eating disorders, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), and panic disorder.
Sometimes, we simply want to be understood—someone to listen, calmly and without judgment. At such moments, therapy can become a powerful source of support.
Life can sometimes be challenging. We all need support, to be heard, and a safe space from time to time.
If you feel ready to take a step, I would be glad to be there with you.
